Delivery Methods
Currently, SF Express is the sole courier company designated by FANFANN-CLOTHING for the delivery service. Its delivery area covers most of the districts in China Hong Kong and China Macao. Shipping Fee(Only HK & Macau)
FANFANN-CLOTHING insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by FANFANN-CLOTHING. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way. FANFANN-CLOTHING provides free shipping on all orders above HK$299 per seller (after discounts and vouchers have been applied). Orders under HK$299 will be subjected to a shipping fee of HK$30. For orders Direct from Korea, we provide free shipping on orders above HK$499 per Korean seller (after discounts and vouchers have been applied). FANFANN-CLOTHING reserves the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Delivery Time(Only HK & Macau)
With credit card payment and SF Pickup, it takes only 2-3 business days from order to delivery. If the customer chooses a convenience store to pick up the item, the time from placing the order to receiving the goods is about 3-4 working days. SF Express has different delivery times for different regions, such as the delivery address for residential (non-commercial) or remote areas, or additional work days to complete the delivery. Our daily cut-off time is 5 pm, when it is over, it will be delayed for one day, and it will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If the item is not in stock or requires a longer delivery time, the customer will be notified by a special person. The delivery time of goods will be affected by the transportation laws, customs, logistics, local holidays or other force majeure in individual areas. We will not be liable for any losses and any legal liabilities arising therefrom.

- It is not applicable for Direct from Korea orders.

- Oversized parcels will be redirected to the closest SF Service Centre and re-deliver to you upon request.

Once your order(s) arrive your selected Locker, SF Express will send you a SMS with a login code. You are required to input the code for collections at the Locker within 48 hours upon receipt of the SMS.
Login Instruction:
- Choose “Pickup” on the main screen.
- Enter the 6-digit code from SMS and click “Pickup”.
- Locker’s door will be opened automatically and you can then collect your parcel(s).
- Close the locker door and “Self-pickup Successful” will be displayed on the main screen.
