RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Return/Exchange
In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, customers can enjoy return and exchange application within 14 days no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. In order to protect your rights, please fill the return form and email to lowelle_wong@hotmail.com. If FANFANN-CLOTHING accept your refund request , customers can return your order to any SF Express Service Center or SF Station
Pls note: 1) Within 14 days from the day you received it
2) The products must be in original condition.
3) With all tags attached,
4) Must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging
5) Unwashed and unworn
6) Return items do not fall under the list of non-refundable brands / items here.
Pls be ensure that the item packed neatly and securely, together with the invoice,
The item remains in your care before it gets back to us. Please be ensure that utmost care is taken when preparing the item to be returned to us. Once you have checked that everything is in place, you are ready to make the return of your shopping back to us!
Return shipping costs:
-If the return item/exchange item is caused by dimensional inconsistency or defect, we will respon the charge of return
-If the product is not suitable or by other reasons,The delivery charge of the return item must be respon by the customer (VIP can enjoy a free shipping return). The delivery charge of resending after the item is replaced will be paid by FANFANN-CLOTHING
Unable to return
If the goods are in the following circumstances, you cannot return the order:
1. Returned order for more than 14 days
2. Non-new products: If it is worn and dirty, and stained with cosmetics after wearing
3. Non-complete packaging: The complete package should contain bar code stickers, bags or shoe boxes, hang tags, and accessory accessories.
4. Personal hygiene products such as underwear, swimwear, socks, socks, etc.
5. It has been processed on commodities, such as embroidery, cutting, printing, etc.
